The photoelectric UBVR photometry and spectral classification of more than 100 stars, associated with the nebulae NGC 2245-2247, IC 446, IC 2169, and the cluster Cr 95 in the western part of RSF 3 Mon, were made. The stars and these nebulae, as well as Cr 95 and hot field stars and NGC 2264 are shown to represent a single region of star formation RSF 3 Mon. The distance of the region is 730±50 pc, extension of the region 10×50 pc, and total mass of gas and stars 5×104M_sun;. The age of the cluster Cr 95 is <107years. The age of RSF 3 Mon exceeds 2×107years.
