The quasi optical feed system and low noise cooled receiver technology for a millimetre wave radio telescope are presented. The quasi optical feed system has many advantages: low loss and wide bandwidth (<0.5 dB at 85 - 115 GHz) and noise temperature of the receiver TR(DSB)min = 130K at 80 - 115 GHz. The molecular spectral lines O3, C12O(J = 1-0), C13O(J = 1-0) are observed.
