Consideration is given to the dynamical evolution of open clusters immersed in a homogeneous gravitating background and rotating along the circular orbit around the center of the Galaxy. Taking into account a tidal approximation of the Galactic field and the commensurability of distances between cluster members, the solution of the generalized Lagrange-Jacobi virial equation leads to quadratures. The results are used to determine the possible types of cluster evolution.
