In order to maintain the high-precision of radio-interferometer and satellite observations, it is necessary to augment the accuracy of calculations of the spatial orientation of the earth, i.e., of the precession and nutation of the polar axis of the terrestrial coordinate system with the origin at the center of the earth mass. Changes in the precession and nutation angles in calculations of pertrubing moments from the moon and the sun relative to points of application of corresponding resultants are examined here; it is considered that the points of application of the resultant forces do not have to coincide with the center of the earth mass.
