Scientific paper

The paper contains results of an analysis, based on the Chapman-Miller
method, of published geomagnetic observations taken at San Fernando (N
36° W 6°) during the years 1911-1947. An improved treatment,
based on least squares, is given of the Chapman-Miller method.
