The NEMO collaboration is carrying out a test site consisting of a reduced scale submarine telescope for very high-energy astrophysical neutrino detection. The Slow Control of the apparatus is the system able to manage the information concerning both the telescope status and the relevant parameters for the reconstruction of physical events. Three main functions are guaranteed: (a) managing of the instrumentation for the monitoring of the environmental parameter (water speed, water temperature, water transparency, position, etc.); (b) managing of the electronics devoted to the monitoring of the apparatus (power consumption, humidity, temperature, etc.); (c) organization of all these data through a database allowing any user over the network to access the on-line, as well as the historical, telescope status. Several hardware and software components are implemented for data acquisition, transport, management and representation. A suited console allows the interaction with any sub-system of the telescope.
