Photonic Bandgap Materials, Phonons In Crystal Lattices

In this study, we investigated the behavior of the TE mode fields in a
photonic crystal bend waveguide, for different lattice constants and
radii of dielectric rods in the visible and infrared regions. Results
are obtained by using FEMLAB simulation software for two different
compositions and discussed.
