Minor planet 562 Salome was observed over 8 nights in 2006. The synodic
period was found to be 12.705 ± 0.006 hr with a peak-to-peak
amplitude of a little more than 0.2 magnitudes. An axial ratio (a/b) of
1.2 is implied by this variation.
