The tidal evolution of the inclinations and rotations of celestial bodies is investigated with the model of a deformable planet with energy dissipation. The model includes an isotropic elastic layer and a rigid core. A qualitative analysis is given for the motion of the Martian satellites with refinement of the model parameters from observations of the secular acceleration of Phobos. The phase diagram of the Sun-Earth-Moon system is given, and the corresponding values are obtained.
