Operational procedures for observatory personnel involved in removing, handling, or installing the mirror of the United Kingdom infrared telescope are outlined. The ordering, location, etc. of chemicals, cleaning materials, safety clothing, equipment, etc. within the observatory are covered. Preparation of the telescope, pickup truck, etc., are detailed. The importance of transporting mirror trolley, mirror boxes, gases, etc., to desired location in advance of their being required is stressed.
