We present results of a study relating global ultra-low frequency (ULF) resonance structure to the height-integrated ionospheric conductances. Using a numerical model similar to that of Lysak [04] and Sciffer and Waters [08], we incorporate an empirical model of ionopsheric conductances that accounts for latitudinal, seasonal, and diurnal variations. Using the results of this simulation, we discuss how the characteristics of the inhomogeneous ionosphere affect the development and structure of ULF resonances in the magnetosphere.
