More and more new phenomena are discovered with the progress of observational cosmology, especially in late 1980s. The cosmology is facing a new severe challenge. One of the problems is the origin of the redshift of extragalactic objects. The evidences are that in no case does the correct slope of 5 naturally emerge. The other is that the high luminosity of QSOs is suspicious. This paper tests the slope of Hubble relation and constructs a unified Hubble Diagram of extragalactic objects.
