The problem of stability of the homogeneous and isotropic Universe with respect to small perturbations in the gravitational field and matter characteristics is studied in the framework of the relativistic theory of gravitation. The equations for small perturbations of the metric tensor g μν, energy density ρ, and pressure p are obtained in the linear approximation. The solutions to these equations are found when perturbations depend only on time. The physical character of the obtained solutions is analyzed. A comparison with the results of General Relativity yields the conclusion that all differences are due to the graviton mass.
