It is established, within a weak-field approximation, that a spherically
symmetric solution of Simple Supergravity (with the appropriate
conditions on the orbits of the symmetry generators) admits necessarily
the additional symmetry of translation in time, thus generalising the
Birkhoff theorem of General Relativity.
