We analyze the dependence obtained experimentally of the Extensive Air Shower (EAS) hadronic component energy on the energy of primary particle cosmic ray initiating the EAS. In the energy range 1015-2.1016 eV this dependence reveals an oscillating behavior. We attribute these oscillations to the destruction of the main kinds of primary cosmic ray (PCR) nuclei on some monochromatic background of the interstellar medium consisting of objects (elementary particles) of mass ~ 30 eV. Energetic thresholds of the spectra cutoffs are established for the main nuclei of PCR.
