The problem of self-consistent spectra of relativistic electrons and radiation in a plasma with random magnetic fields is considered. It is shown, that the relativistic electron spectrum can be described by a power law with index gamma = nu + 2 where nu is the index of the magnetic inhomogeneity spectrum. A spectrum with gamma = 3 is formed at higher energies.
