The paper examines the possibility of improving the essential limitation
on the distinction between electron antineutrinos and electron neutrinos
using an artifical electron-antineutrino source on a gallium-germanium
neutrino telescope. The results are of interest in calibrating this type
of telescope by an artificial neutrino source of superhigh activity.
