It is noted that experimental studies of the characteristics of
superhigh-energy interactions can be used to verify and improve
predictions in quantum chromodynamics. Two such possibilities are
examined: the breakdown of scaling in the elasticity value of a nucleon
and jets in the interactions of superhigh-energy nucleons.
