Photoelectric observations of the Jupiter satellite Callisto were performed in the 0.347-0.792 micron spectral range using 11 interference filters over the course of 92 nights during 1980-1983 and 1985. The dependence of the opposition effect and geometric albedo of the leading and trailing hemispheres on the wavelength is analyzed. For both hemispheres, the value of the opposition effect increases as the reflectivity decreases with decreasing wavelength.
