Results of a search with the RATAN-600 radiotelescope for powerful OH emission in the quasi-stellar galaxy PHL 909 are reported. A signal with an antenna temperature of (25 +/- 5 mK) and a spectral width of 900 kHz was probably found in two observational cycles. The flux density of this signal is (60 +/- 12) mJy. With H(0) = 75 km/s Mpc the isotropic luminosity of the source in this line is 0.8 x 10 exp 4 solar luminosities.
