Thirteen stars which satisfy the criteria for inclusion in the observational program of the WBVR photoelectric catalog of bright stars of the northern sky have been found in the BS catalog and its supplement. The differential star counts show that the WBVR catalog is complete up to 7.0 mag. (More than 95 percent of the catalog's stars have magnitudes of 7.0 mag.)
