The continuum Faddeev equations for the neutron-neutron-alpha (n-n-$\alpha$)
system are formulated for a general interaction as well as for finite rank
forces. In addition, the capture process n+n+$\alpha \rightarrow ^6$He+$\gamma$
is derived.
