Scientific paper

The paper describes the structure of the Model ANI hadron-photon measurement experiment on the Aragats mountain station. Attention is given to the physics research that can be performed using this installation. The Model ANI installation was used to obtain information on particle fluxes and the energy of the electron-photon component of extensive air showers as well as on the spatial-energy characteristics of hadrons at energies above 500 GeV. The number of events of different kinds that can be detected by the installation in the course of a year's operation (8500 hours) is determined.
