The theory of the appearance of structures in cold dark matter is generalized to the small scale region. It is shown that if the neutralino is a cold dark matter particle, then the minimal dark matter objects should have a mass of Mx ~ (5 × 10-2-5 × 10-4) M solar. Supposing that these objects are observed in microlensing, the massmx of a cold dark matter particle is estimated.
