We have studied the long-term behavior of radio flares from three binary systems: V711 Tau, β Per and UX Ari. The radio flares were collected with the Green Bank Interferometer continuously from 1995 to 2000 at frequencies of 2.3 GHz and 8.3 GHz (see Richards, Waltman, and Ghigo, these proceedings). Many strong flares were detected from the three systems. We found that flaring activity in β Per was nearly continuous, while V711 Tau and UX Ari were usually quiescent for 50 - 100 days before a large flare event. Long-term monitoring permitted us to discover both active and quiescent flaring epochs in V711 Tau and β Per which apparently last for more than 500 days in both systems. This work was supported by NSF grant AST-0074586.
