The Green Bank Interferometer was used to monitor radio flares from RS CVn and Algol-type binaries continuously from 1995 January to 2000 October. This observing campaign produced the longest-running continuous radio flare survey of Algol binaries. The survey has provided a dataset of 2.3 GHz and 8.3 GHz radio continuum fluxes collected over 2096 days. Over the entire survey, there were 7443 observations of β Per and 3125 of V711 Tau. The data were used to identify the periodicities of radio flaring activity in several systems. In the cases of β Per and V711 Tau, the strongest periodicities found were (49 +/- 5) days and (120 +/- 5) days, respectively. This survey was initiated in January 1995 when one of the authors (Richards) became a Guest Investigator on the Green Bank Interferometer (GBI). The GBI is a facility of the NSF and was operated during the collection of these data by the NRAO, with funding from the United States Naval Observatory (USNO), Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO), and NASA High Energy Astrophysics Program. We thank these funding agencies for their commitment to this project for such a long time. This work was also supported by AFOSR grants F49620-92-J-0024 and F49620-94-1-0351, NSF grants AST-9618461 and AST-0074586, and NASA grant NAG 5-3056 to MTR.
