The importance of successful detections of (1) the rotational and
vibrational LiH lines at high redshifts, and (2) gamma-ray lines from
the decays of Be-7, Li-6*, Li-7*, and Be-7* nuclei as diagnostic tools
for primordial and galactic nucleosynthesis models is discussed.
