The scattering of the photospheric radiation in the inner parts of an accretion disk, in a dust sublimation zone is considered. For T Tauri stars(TTSs) this zone is located at the distances of about several stellar radii and takes place in a large-scale(about of hundred and more kilometers per second) motion of the matter. In such a medium light scattering by the dust particles leads to a shift of the frequency of the scattered radiation due to the Doppler effect. An influence of this effect on the absorption spectrum of TTSs is considered using classical results of the radiative transfer theory.
