The kinetic equation of the field-aligned (FA)-particle flux distribution function (in terms of the local guiding center variables for a three-dimensional configuration of large scale EM-fields) of the adiabatic processes in the magnetosphere, under the constraints of the magnetic moment conservation, has been obtained. The effects of one of the terms of the equation on the localized accumulation of the trapped particle population are examined. Using the FA-flux distribution function, the differential energy spectrum of precipitating particles is obtained.
