Scientific paper

The experimental installation consisting of a spark calorimeter and a
magnetic spectrometer is described. The estimation of muon energy by the
spark calorimeter is given. The experimental results on space-energy
characteristics of muon groups with energies above 5 GeV at the zenith
angles 60° - 90° are reported.
