Two EXOSAT observation fields of the Hyades star cluster were combined with Einstein proportional counter data for three band filter spectroscopy. Although temporal variations disturb the picture, the coronal temperatures in nine stars are confined to the few million degree range. The column density is probably 1 or 2 times 10 to the 19th power/sqcm.
