The mirror material and the surface accuracy testing of a 325 mm
diameter fused quartz spherical mirror are described. The Hartmann test
shows that the surface accuracy is 1/50 λ rms and 1/30 λ
peak value. The mirror can be used as a standard one, quite suitable to
test plane mirrors.
