Cosmic Rays: Solar Modulation
Scientific paper
The spectrum of long-period variations of the intensity of cosmic rays (CR) in 1953 - 1987 in the 2 - 25 GV hardness range is obtained. There is an indication of anomalous behavior in the declining phase of solar activity cycles. The spectrum of the residual modulation of CR determined at the minima of solar activity and the spectrum of long-period variations of CR have permitted obtaining the spectrum of the total modulation of CR. It is shown that an identical shape of the spectrum of total modulation of CR independent of the solar cycle's phase is observed in the period under investigation.
