It is shown that the gyrosynchrotron radiation of mildly relativistic electrons in X-ray binary systems with disk accretion may be important at low frequencies. The IR emission up to L(IR) greater than 10 to the 33rd erg/s can be generated in the regions of the magnetosphere of the neutron star close to the inner parts of disk or in the magnetized disk itself.
