The variability of emission and absorption lines in the spectrum of SS 433 was investigated with a 6-m telescope in 1981. It is confirmed that He II, C III and N III lines originate in the region of accretion disk. Hydrogen and He I lines are formed mainly in the gas transferred into the disk. At the phase of 0.25 the gas stream is eclipsed by normal star, and the intensity of H-beta line decreases by about 20 percent. At the phase of 0.75 the stream passes in front of the system and causes the absorption that distorts the radial velocity curves of weak He I lines.
