We report a multi-epoch and multi-wavelength observation campaign of the Galactic Center. Some results are first presented before stressing more specifically the 8.6 micron observations obtained with VLT/VISIR used in burst mode during three nights in July 2007. The high angular resolution provided by this mode allows diffraction limited imaging and gives access to the sharpest details ever achieved in this zone. These observations were carried out simultaneously to a flare coming from Sgr A* area, detected with VLT/NACO. Their analysis further constrains the SED (spectral energy distribution) of the flares and gives indications on the emitting processes of Sgr A*.
