The review of the researches of the solar active region interactions according to the observations in 1936-2000, and the action of various trigger mechanisms in optical, radio and X-ray ranges are discussed in this paper. The synchronous enhancements of the S-component sources which were obtained by means of the original observations of the radio telescope RATAN-600 are considered too. We have seen that the absolutely different physical processes can initiate the pair flareburst interaction of solar active regions. The latter results in the quasi-synchronous flare-burst events in these active regions on the Sun. The trigger mechanism may manifest itself as specific observed phenomena. A large-scale component in the flare-burst dynamics of the local solar sources was revealed with RATAN-600. This suggests that it is the manifestation of the common subphotosphere activity center operation.
