Solar Corona:Solar Filaments, Sun: Transition Regions

Scientific paper

The transition region between filament and corona is investigated
measuring the intensity of six EUV lines above two filaments on the disk
observed on September 1 and 2, 1969 by OSO-VI. The comparison between
these intensities and those observed on quiet regions shows that there
is no difference between the two transition regions.
