Fiber Optics: Coronographs

Scientific paper

This paper demonstrates that a certain optical fiber communication system can transmit 30 GHz local oscillation signal of the coronagraph. The signal must be of high coherence and low phase-noise. This system is composed of the semi-conductor laser device which is distribution-feedbacked and line width-compressed, and the single mode optical fiber which is dispersion-shifted.
