The expansion of a spherical less-dense region (void) in the expanding universe is analyzed. Because of a rapid expansion of the void, the surrounding matter is compressed to a thin dense shell and the mass of the shell increases by a snowplow mechanism. The rapid expansion of the void would be interpreted as a ``little bang'' caused by the curvature fluctuation in the expanding universe.
