This paper describes the on-board and on-ground user dialog concept for the European Physiology Modules facility (EPM). The design is based on a detailed operational analysis and an end-to-end data transfer study including teleoperation. The design goal is to establish a modular software system with multiple reuses of software packages on-board and on-ground including a centralised verification on module level.
