It is shown that the energy spectrum of solar cosmic particles can be described by a power function and that the upper bound of the spectrum is shifted to the region of high energies with increased solar activity. The energy spectrum of the continuous flux of solar protons becomes more rigid with decreasing energy and is similar to the spectrum of galactic cosmic rays. Data are discussed which argue in favor of the solar origin of low-energy cosmic electrons.
