The Jefferson Laboratory E93-038 collaboration measured the ratio of the electric form factor to the magnetic form factor of the neutron, G_E^n/G_M^n, via recoil polarimetry from the quasielastic d(e,e'n)p reaction at Q^2 = 0.45, 1.15, and 1.47 (GeV/c)^2 in Hall C of the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility. A polarimeter designed specifically for E93-038 [1] was used to measure the up-down scattering asymmetry from the transverse component of the recoil neutron's polarization vector, and a dipole magnet located in front of the polarimeter was used to precess the polarization vector in the scattering plane. Two different techniques were used at Q^2 = 1.47 (GeV/c)^2. First, measurements of the scattering asymmetry with the polarization vector precessed through \chi=0^circ or \chi=±90^circ were made during January and February 2001. Second, measurements of the scattering asymmetry with the polarization vector precessed through \chi=-40^circ or \chi=+40^circ were made during February and April 2001. Preliminary results for G_E^n at Q^2=1.47 (GeV/c)^2 for second technique will be presented. [1] R. Madey et al., A.I.P. Proceedings No. 339, 47-54 (1995).
