The solar magnetic field is locally irregular due to solar plasma turbulence. If we assume a non-vanishing neutrino magnetic moment, such field irregularity offers the possibility of an occurrence of multiple resonances in the time evolution of solar neutrinos, generating large quantum interference terms. We show that such interference terms provide an alternative way to understand the apparent discrepancy between time variation in Homestake and Kamiokande data. We discuss also a possible signature of this effect in present and future solar neutrino experiments.
