An analysis of the dynamics of charged-particle fluxes measured in interplanetary space by the Venera 13 and 14 probes from December 27, 1981 to January 1, 1982 is presented. Four flare events were examined to assess the effect of shock waves generated in solar flares on the propagation of charged-particle fluxes in the solar corona and the interplanetary medium. It is shown that shock waves generated in flares and propagating in the corona determine the velocity of the fast coronal transport of particles inside the unipolar magnetic region in which the flare occurred. The dynamics of charged-particle fluxes (the time structure, anisotropy, and energy spectra) is determined by the influence of postflare interplanetary shock waves. It is also shown that shock waves propagating in interplanetary space can serve as an effective trap for flare-particle fluxes.
