The development of the bright components of three intense active centers during transit across the solar disk is studied on different time scales by means of high-resolution observations at 2.8 cm. Each center, observed for a period of 8-9 days, contains at least one bright core with a brightness temperature exceeding 1,000,000 K and a size smaller than 20 sec. While no short-period variation of the bright components was detected, flux density variation of about 30-40% per day with a maximum variation of 50% per day was found. The height and rotation velocity of the bright components are discussed.
