In the paper, on the basis of a wide set of models (MCO, CSFE, CSFEDJ), different selection criteria for gamma-families initiated by primary cosmic rays pA and AA interactions are worked out. It is shown that standardized values of these criteria very weakly depend on model types. Using such criteria, the fraction of families from primary pA and AA interactions registred in Pamir experiment above 10PeV is obtained.
