Existence of the tensor components in the quasiparticle interaction implies the deformation of the Fermi surfaces in spin-polarized neutron matter and corrections to the standard formula for magnetic susceptibility, χ. A set of linear equations, from which the values of the deformation parameters can be calculated from the Landau parameters of the spin dependent terms in the quasiparticle interaction in neutron matter, is derived. Numerical results are obtained for the Reid soft-core nucleon-nucleon potential using suitable approximations. The resulting corrections to χ are positive and, at the density of neutron matter corresponding to the Fermi momentum kF = 2.5 fm-1, constitute only 1% of the value obtained previously with a purely central quasiparticle interaction.
