We give a short overview of the Cycle 7 calibration plan for STIS,
discussing its challenge, its general goals and philosophy, the expected
calibration accuracies after Cycle 7, and the way the GO and CTOs will
be informed on the progress of the calibration efforts. A list of all
calibration proposals with a brief description of each is also included.
