The gamma ray fluxes from the Coma and Virgo clusters are estimated by calculating the cosmic ray proton propagation and the density distribution in these clusters. We find the following results: 1) The cosmic ray density profiles become steady state within a few hundred Myrs in the reasonable parameter regions of our model, and it seems unlikely that cosmic rays have been confined in Hubble time scale. 2) The induced gamma ray fluxes from clusters in a plausible model are ~ 10-12 photons/cm2/s (Coma) and ~ 10-11 photons/cm2/s (Virgo). These fluxes are much smaller than the detection limit of the Energetic Gamma Ray Experiment Telescope (EGRET) on the Compton Gamma Ray Observatory (CGRO), and are at least a few orders of magnitude lower than that of the Gamma-ray Large Area Space Telescope (GLAST), the next generation detector.
